What does it cost after the trial?
From €79 per month excl. VAT for the Core plan. Team, Managed and Enterprise are on the pricing page. You pay nothing during the trial.
How do I order and pay for a plan?
At the end of the trial you add a payment card in the app and pay the monthly plan; access continues without a break. If you prefer to pay by invoice, order it on the same page and we email the invoice. Without payment, access is blocked until you pay. Questions: info@botrento.com.
What if it isn't right for me?
After 14 days you simply don't add a card — we never asked for one upfront, so nothing is charged. Access is blocked until payment, we keep your data for 30 days and you can download the export even while blocked; on request we delete the data sooner. We do not guarantee revenue, profit or number of deals — those depend on your market and offer.
How do I cancel and what happens to my data?
Plans are monthly; just write to info@botrento.com and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. On request we hand over an export of your data and outputs and a description of the configured processes. Within 30 days of termination we remove our access to your systems and delete copies of your data, unless the law requires otherwise.
Do I need my own AI API key?
No. AI is included in the plan with a monthly usage limit and no automatic extra charges. You can optionally add your own API key (currently Anthropic) if you want processing to run on your own provider account.
Where is the data stored?
We store data on servers in the EU (Germany, with the app database in Ireland). The language model processes only the text needed for the task, via a commercial API provider — by default through our account, optionally through your own API key; commercial API providers do not use this data for training. A server in the EU calling an external AI API is not a closed computation. The text needed for a task is processed by the language-model provider.
